FAQ

What is the difference between original art and prints?

Original artworks are made by hand with traditional techniques, therefore only one can exist. Prints are high-quality reproductions of original works or works made in digital media.

Do you take commissions?

Absolutely, please go to the “Order a custom artwork” section and ask for a original illustration of your pets and friends.

If you want a commission that does not match what I have as a store product, for example, you want something bigger or something for commercial use. Please write to me using the contact section or send an email to hola@liloo.mx

Please include basic information about your project, a brief description of the topic to be represented and the timeframe. If you already have a budget, feel free to include that as well. I love all subjects related to nature, animals, fantasy, cute, character design and video games. It doesn’t matter if the characters are human, animal, alien, or machine. I am looking for projects that fit well into my portfolio.
If you want to do something for commercial use, make sure you have the rights to the characters you want to use.
Please only contact me if you think your project works in the style shown on my website. I don’t do line drawings or oil paintings, but I do use watercolor and gouache. I don’t do free sample art or artwork tests.

Are there some things that you won’t illustrate?

I do not illustrate explicit sexual scenes or ideologically sensitive content that may be considered offensive. Also, I do not do religious scenes or images that promote or attack a character or political party.

Can you sell prints of a commission?

When an artist commissions a painting, the rights to the image do not transfer to the client unless it is written that way. So legally, the artist can sell prints of it.

When you buy a painting do you own the copyright?

When you buy an original paintingyou buy the physical object to have and enjoy. In most circumstances, you own only the artwork, not the copyright to it. The copyright remains with the artist unless: They specifically signed over their copyright to the buyer.
